Our Sourcing Process
Step 1
청정 해역에서의 수확
매년 4~6월, 한류와 난류가 교차하는 부산 기장의 청정 해역에서 숙련된 해녀들이 최상급 다시마만을 직접 손으로 수확합니다.
From April to June, skilled female divers (Haenyeo) hand-harvest only the highest quality kelp in the clean waters of Gijang, Busan, where cold and warm currents meet.
Step 2
자연 해풍 건조
수확된 다시마는 기장의 해풍과 자연광으로 2-3일간 건조되어 영양 성분의 손실을 최소화하고 풍미를 응축시킵니다.
The harvested kelp is dried for 2-3 days in Gijang's sea breeze and natural sunlight, minimizing the loss of nutrients and concentrating its benefits.
Step 3
원료 선별 및 세척
건조된 다시마 중에서도 최상급 원료만을 엄선하여, 해양 미생물과 불순물을 제거하는 정밀 세척 과정을 거칩니다.
Only the finest dried kelp is selected and undergoes a meticulous cleaning process to remove marine microorganisms and impurities.
Step 4
PDRN 추출 및 정제
독자적인 저온 초음파 추출 공법을 사용하여 다시마의 세포벽을 파괴하지 않고 PDRN을 포함한 핵심 유효 성분을 온전히 추출합니다. 이후 다단계 정제 과정을 통해 순도 99.8%의 PDRN을 얻습니다.
Using a proprietary low-temperature ultrasonic extraction method, we extract key active ingredients, including PDRN, without destroying the kelp's cell walls. A multi-step purification process then yields PDRN with 99.8% purity.
